Want to know why Gopichand took it easy after the success of Yagnam? Despite a lot of offers, he took his time in selecting his new film.

"Yagnam gave me a certain image. I didn't want to go against it because it had worked beautifully. One wrong step can ruin my image totally. I went through several scripts and waited for the one to suit my image", he says.

Gopichand is more or less clear in his mind that his mien is suited for angry young man roles. "My raw energy is my plus point," he says without any affectation.
