Only a few Tamil actors are very popular in Telugu and Suriya is one of them. He is an actor, who impressed the Telugu audiences with his unique story selection and acting skills.
He got familiar with the Telugu audiences, with films like 'Ghajini', 'Veedokkade', '7th Sense', 'Yamudu', 'Singam' etc and enjoys stardom equal to big heroes here. He has even expressed his desire to act in a direct Telugu film, many times.
His upcoming film is 'Sikinder', which is the Telugu version of 'Anjaan'. Samantha plays his love interest and Linguswamy is the director of this film. The audio of the film is going to be released soon and the film is set for a release on August 15th.
