It's been 10 years since Soundarya has left us. But she is still remembered by Telugu audiences and has a special place in their hearts. Though she has acted in other South Indian languages and Hindi, most of her films were in Telugu. She has ruled the Tollywood as the top actress for many years.

She acted opposite the industry biggies like Krishna, Chiranjeevi, Balakrishna, Nagarjuna, Venkatesh, Mohan Babu, Rajendra Prasad etc.She had won the hearts of family audiences with her exceptional acting.
She had won many awards as the best actress in her career not only in Telugu, but also in Kannada. 'Dweepa', the film produced by her, won the National award as the best feature film and many other awards.
