కమల్ హాసన్ హీరోగా విశ్వరూపం` సినిమాకి సీక్వెల్ గా రూపొందుతోన్న సినిమా విశ్వరూపం-2`. సినిమా విడుదల గురించి ఇదిగో అదిగో అంటూ వార్తలు వినిపిస్తున్నా ఇంత వరకు విడుదల కాలేదు. అందుకు సాంకేతిక కారణాలే అందుకు కారణమని వార్తలు వినిపిస్తున్నాయి. కమల్ హాసన్ చాలా ప్రేమతో ఇష్టపడి, కష్టపడి చేస్తున్న సినిమా విశ్వరూపం అందుకనే ఈ సినిమా క్వాలిటీ విషయంలో ఎక్కడా కాంప్రమైజ్ కావడం లేదట.
