Manchu Manoj is an actor, who is considered as one of the most energetic heroes in Tollywood. He has a special following because of his diverse story selection and vivacious screen presence.

He celebrates his birthday tomorrow (May 20th) and he has shared a few things about "Current Theega" film and about his future plans in an interview.

No specials

Many are asking me "What is this birthday's special ?". I don't like to celebrate my birthdays specially. I spend it like any other day. But all of our friends meet on my birthday. As Jr.NTR also celebrates his birthday on the same day, we enjoy if we meet".

Director with a clarity

Of all the directors I've worked till now, other than two or three directors like Chandrashekar Yeleti and K.Raghavendra Rao, other directors have no clarity in their work. They have failed in bringing what they narrated on to screen. But G.Nageswara Reddy is a director, who is very special. He directs 10 times better than how he narrates. He has clarity in every scene he directs and he is making me work very hard.

Traditional Sunny Leone

Sunny Leone will play a special role in "Current Theega". We have roped in her as she brings craze to the project and is very apt for the role. She will be seen in a very traditional role in our film. But one song is exception.Sunny Leone fans will sure attack us if that song is not included.

Only acting

For every movie I've worked till now, I used to involve in other departments. But for the first time, I am not involving in any other thing than acting for "Current Theega".

Good team

We are happy that a very good team is working for "Current Theega". Director Nageshwar Reddy, heroine Rakul Preet Singh, writer and every other technician has so much passion about their work.

Village guy

I will be seen as a village guy in this film and my character has a lot of energy. The title is very apt for my role in this film.

He is very strict

My brother Vishnu is the producer of "Current Teega" and he is being very strict regarding work. He is not compromising any bit regarding the technical values, but he has not given a single penny as remuneration for me. I request you to ask him for do justice for me.

Release in August

We are working very hard for this film and I am concentrating only on "Current Teega" right now. We are planning to release the movie in August, completing it by June.

No clarity

There is no clarity on the movie I will act after "Current Theega". We thought of doing "Son of Peddarayudu". But it is still in the script stage.

Happy with Modi's win

We are very happy that Narendra Modi, whom our family supported, will be becoming the Prime Minister of India. I also congratulate Nara Chandrababu Naidu and KCR for winning in Seemandhra and Telangana regions.

It is a big responsibility

Every one asks when I am going to marry on every birthday of mine. I think I am not yet ready to shoulder so much responsibility at this very young age. My family members are looking for a girl to marry and right now, I am ok with arranged marriage. But if I come across a girl with a magical charm with the qualities I like, I will definitely marry her.

Manoj concluded saying that "Current Theega" will be sure loved by the audiences and it will take his care to the next level.
