Acclaimed director Suseenthiran’s upcoming film has been titled as ‘Jeeva’. Initially it was supposed to have ‘Veera Dheera Sooran’ as the title but now the character name of its lead actor Vishnu Vishal has been opted as the title.

The change in title was already well known and just an official confirmation on the same has come out now Vishnu Vishal confirmed the title as ‘Jeeva’. He revealed that the team wanted to announce the title only with the first look of the film but somehow the word has spread.

The film is based on cricket and predominantly set in Chennai. Vishnu has said that it will be based on several real life incidents that have taken place in the lives of different people and has disclosed that the shoot is 60 to 70% complete.

‘Jeeva’ has Sri Divya of ‘Varuthapadatha Valibar Sangam’ as the lead heroine opposite Vishnu. Surabhi who debuted with ‘Ivan Veramathiri’ has signed for another important role. D.Imman scores the music.
