Mammootty is known to use the perfect slang of the area in his films, where the characters of his films are rooted. Thus he has experimented with applauds in atleast a three dozen films in the last ten years, which had each of his characters trying different language nuances of Malayalam.

The latest to add to this list will be 'Manglish', the new movie by Fazil Bapu which is on sets. The movie will feature Mammootty as a large scale fisher man from Kochi who fears speaking English, but is faced with the task of continuously communicating with an English lady who but knows nothing else. A humorous film, the shoot for 'Manglish' is currently continuing in Kochy.
