The Big B- Parth Bhalerao starrer got the benefit of the election season and its clean image as a family entertainer and of course the vever ending charishma of the magnificent Mr. Bachchan. Despite its flaws for being preachy the movie which started on a dull 3.75 crore note on the opening day saw the family audience echoing its message for a remarkable jump on day 2 of 40% ( a rare phenomenon) netting 5.25 crores.
