'Eega' fame Sudeep acted in the lead role and Jagapathi Babu acted in a key role in a Kannada movie titled 'Bachchan'. 'Mahatma' fame Bhavana is the heroine in this movie.

The film was a huge success in Kannada and is being dubbed with the same title in Telugu. Tummalapalli Rama Satyanarayana, who has recently produced successful dubbing films like 'Traffic' and 'Veerudokkade', is producing this film in Telugu on Bheemavaram Talkies banner and Uday K.Mehta is presenting it under Sri Venkateswara Krupa Entertainments banner.

The film was made with a budget of 15 crores and collected over 30 crores in Kannada. Rama Satyanarayana has bagged the dubbing rights in Telugu for a fancy rate. He said that he is very happy at bagging the dubbing rights of a super hit film like 'Bachchan' and said that the film will be loved by the Telugu audiences.

"The film will have a good drama, suspense and sentiment, along with some superb action sequences", the producer said.
