'Minugurulu' Selected For The 'Akkineni Vamsee International Award'

'Minugurulu', the film on visually challenged children which won laurels at several Indian and International Children’s film festivals got released a couple of weeks ago and could strike a chord with the normal audiences as well and running successfully. The latest feather in their cap is the prestigious ‘Akkineni Vamsee International Award’ announced by the ace cultural organization Vamsee International headed by Vamsee Rama Raju. The award presentation and felicitation will be done at an event at Ravindra Bharathi on the 11th February.

Responding to the news, Producer and Director of ‘Minugurulu’ Ayodhyakumar Krishnamshetty said he is elated to be selected for the wonderful award. In a statement, he said ‘I was elated to know that Minugurulu has been selected for the ‘Best Family Drama’ in the name of Akkineni Nageshwara Rao garu, whom I am a big fan. I thank you for such a big honor and I am looking forward for the 11th February to receive the award’
