The Upendra Kannada film of super star Upendra songs turned super hit when it was released in 1999. After 17 years the song lines of Upendra` Kannada film is source of magic for film makers. In the song Olu Bari Olu.... the words of MTV Subbu Lakshmi comes. Before this title Olu Bari Olu` was picked for the title of a film.
In MTV Subbulakshmi` it is talented Mayoori playing the lead. Mayoori two films in the past Krishna Rukku` and Ishta Kamya` did well. She has huge popularity for her role in Ashwini Nakshatra`. Her film with Sharan in Nataraja Service` rated very high in the market is set for October 21 release.
For the release time Mayoori has signed another film MTV Subbulakshmi`. Shanker assistant director with Pawan Wodeyar is turning independent director.
Gurunandan of First Rank Raju` fame is in lead role with Mayoori. Another film of Mayoori is Kariya 2` with Ganapa` Kannada film fame Santosh as lead actor is also in discussion level.
