Arjun has a peculiar problem. He has two films Arasatchi and Jaisurya completed and ready for release. Apart from this he has Giri which will be over in August. Yet another film Manikanta with Jothika is stalled due to a date problem.

Arastachi with Lara Dutta started in 2000 and was finally completed only a week back. Lara flew in to finish the film. The delay was more due to the producer running into financial problem. Maharajan the director who is busy with Hindi films meanwhile dumped Arastachi and left for shooting Anjaneya with Ajith. Jaisurya a bilingual directed by Manoj Kumar has Chaya Singh and Laila as the leading ladies.

With two Arjun films coming one after another the third film Giri’s box office potential depends a lot on the success of these films. Anbu saahodran a telugu dubbed film starring Arjun sank without a trace and Sri Anjaneyam another dubbed from Telugu of Arjun is ready for release. All coming in the month of August will give the viewers an overdose of Arjun.
