One of the youngest kids on the bloc, with a phenomenal success story, Hansika is a surprise package in all. While she is busy all the time with movie projects, she also sweet time to be set apart towards her birthday celebrations. And to her, celebration means help. Being very benevolent in nature, Hansika has made it a point to adopt children and sponsor them for education and take up the responsibility of medical expenses for cancer patients.

So far, the actress has been supporting 22 children, and this year, she is increasing the count. Confirming the news to media, her mother said "Yes, it is true that Hansika will be adopting one more child this year, for her birthday and sponsor education. Apart from that, she will be supporting 10 women, who have been diagnosed with breast cancer, on the medical front. She will be travelling to Mumbai today to complete the procedures." Sure enough, the actress has big plans for her birthday, which falls on coming Friday, the 9th of August.
