Sarath Kumar plays a carefree youth who takes on corrupt police officers in his next release 'Hey'. The movie is quite in contrast to his earlier venture Gambheeram, where he played the role of a honest police officer.The highlight of the movie is a action-packed stunt sequence in which Sarathkumar fights nude.

When asked about the film, Sarath Kumar says, 'the movie is about a youth fighting the atrocities of police. I am confident that the film would appeal to the masses. The title itself is quite different and very catchy. When the director said I should fight nude to suit the particular scene, I decided to go ahead with it. It has certainly come good and would be the talking point of the film.

Apart from playing the lead, Sarath has also sung a number in the movie.The movie is being produced by V Sekar and directed by Venkatesh. Also in the cast are Namitha, Vadivelu, Kalabhavan Mani, Kotta Srinivasa Rao, Livingston, Paravai Muniamma. The movie is to be released this June.
