Pandiraj’s ‘Kedi Billa Killadi Ranga’ is making headlines even before it goes on floors and the director has found his second lead lady, Regina of SMS, a Telugu film fame.

Shooting of the commercial laugh riot goes on floors tomorrow in Chennai. Thambi Ramaiya and Parota Soori play pivotal roles.

Vimal, Sivakarthikeyan and Bindhu Madhavi play the lead roles in this film to be helmed by National Award winning Pandiraj.
