'Imsai Arasan 23am Pulikesi's sequel shortly!

And it’s as good as official!

Industry insiders confirm a sequel for this blockbuster that released in 2006. The sequel will go on floors shortly with Chimbudevan wielding the megaphone and Vadivelu in the lead. The second part will only be more grand, say sources in the know.

Directed by Chimbudevan, ‘Imsai Arasan 23am Pulikesi’ saw Vadivelu in the lead along with Monica, Tejashree, Manorama, Nassar and Nagesh in pivotal roles. Music was by Sabesh - Murali. The period film received rave reviews apart from raking in the moolah.

An official announcement listing the cast and crew of the sequel is expected shortly. ‘Imsai Arasan 23am Pulikesi 2’ will mark comedian Vadivelu’s comeback venture in Tamil cinema!
