It was widely buzzed this morning that Udhayanidhi’s acting debut in Tamil cinema, ‘Oru Kal Oru Kannadi’ will see a worldwide release on April 13, as part of Tamil New Years’.

When IndiaGlitz contacted the producer turned actor, he said, “Well, we’re trying our level best to see an April 6 release and work is on in a full swing, but there are several criteria that determine it. We’ll announce the release date shortly”.

However, whether the film releases on April 6 or 13, it’s sure to see a solo big release as there are no other biggies scheduled for these two dates and Dhanush’s ‘3’, a romantic entertainer is seeing light of the day come March 30.

‘Oru Kal Oru Kannadi’ is an out and out laugh riot that brings together director Rajesh and his lucky mascot Santhanam for the third time. Udhay and Hansika play the lead roles and music is by Harris Jayaraj.

Thanks to some promising and funny teasers, trailers and music the expectations on this film are mounting up.
