A longtime wish of Gautham Vasudev Menon got fulfilled when maestro Ilayaraja agreed to compose music for 'Neethanae En Ponvasantham'. And now, the Isaignani, Gautham and lyricist Thamarai are working together to compose songs for the love story.

"I am a very big fan of Raja sir right from my school days. I grew up listening to his songs and my big wish after coming to cinema was that I should work with him for at least one film. It happened at last," Gautham says.

This is first time for Thamarai as well to write lyrics for Ilayarja's tunes. A thrilled lyricist says, "He is a genius and Tamil film music got a new dimension after his arrival. I am happy to work with the maestro."

With Jiiva and Samantha playing the lead roles, the teaser trailer of 'Neethanae En Ponvasantham' was released on Valentines Day. The film is a trilingual, simultaneously being made in Telugu and Hindi as well.
