‘Samaran’ that brings together Vishal and Trisha for the first time ever is directed by Thiru of ‘Theeradha Vilayattu Pillai’ fame. Now that the first schedule has been wrapped, the team will be leaving to Thailand this December 20, for a nonstop 50 day schedule!

The first schedule took place in Ooty and Chalakudy for fifteen days and included a major action sequence. Now the team is leaving to Thailand, following which the last schedule will be in famous locales of Europe and includes an action sequence in there as well.

The film is produced by Balaji Real Media, whose ‘Osthi’ is seeing a good run at the box-office. ‘Samaran’, meaning a warrior, is about a commoner who faces obstacles and fights them to bring back his life to normalcy. Prakash Raj will be seen in a pivotal role in the film. Yuvan Shankar Raja has composed the music.

This action thriller that has a good dosage of comedy is slated to be a 2012 summer treat.
