Kollywood grapevine was abuzz that the Tamilnadu Film Exhibitors’ Association (TFEA) had issued a red card to ‘Osthi’. The makers have released a press release that rubbishes these and further expresses that the film will release big with no such hurdles.

The press note was jointly issued by various associations’ and states that none of the associations have raised any problems on the film and hence it will see a smooth worldwide release, as reported, on December 8.

The note was signed by SA Chandrasekar, Kalaipuli G Sekaran, Jayakumar, Abirami Ramanathan and Sathya Seelan.

‘Osthi’ brings back to us the hit combo of Simbu, Santhanam and VTV Ganesh of ‘Vaanam’ fame and thus audience can be assured of a laugh riot.
