It is not always that a character that an artist portrays enthral's them. But Richa Gangopadhay seems to have zeroed in on one such role quite early in her film career. The actress has revealed that she is quite engrossed with this on-screen character that she is portraying in Selvaraghavan's film 'Mayakkam Enna' opposite Dhanush.

The pretty damsel is also highly appreciative of the team she has got to work with that includes director Selvaraghavan and National Award winning actor, Dhanush. Her co-star has been quite helpful and co-operative during shoots, claims the actress. The film is touted to touch the darker side of the human mind, reveal sources close to the team.

Apart from a gripping script one more highlight of the film will be GV's music. IndiaGlitz had recently reported that the music tracks are ready with the composer himself lending his voice to a song.

The actress is quite curious to know about how her character will evolve as the film progresses, and is absolutely eager to see all the hard work the entire team has put in to transition to the big screen.

Richa has earned a name for herself with the Telugu crowd for giving hit performances in all the three films that she has starred with the films becoming commercial hits too. It is just a matter of time when the Tamil audience will get to see her on-screen presence and appreciate her work.

Apart from 'Mayakkam Enna' Richa will also be seen in 'Osthi' as Simbu's lady love.
