We had earlier told you that breezy-romantic entertainer, 'Vinnaithandi Varuvaya' is going up North, and will be directed by Gautham Menon again.
The movie is titled 'Prem Katha' and stars Amy Jackson of 'Madraspattinam' fame with Prateik Babbar.
Now the latest is that, the team of 'Prem Katha' has come to Chennai to shoot few important scenes.
Those who know Gautham Menon well know his love for Amethyst, both the old and the new outlets. The director can be spotted at this café-cum-boutique, sometimes penning his scripts. It seems, few scenes of 'Prem Katha' were shot here, few at the beach and even the scene where the protagonist is jailed, for 'gate-crashing' his love's wedding, seems to have been shot in Chennai.
Some birdies even go on to say that a few songs of 'Prem Katha' will be shot here as well but we can't be sure of that.
