Call Salman Khan a friend in need, for he will be in Chennai this evening to attend the music launch of 'Markandeyan', a film which has his good pal FEFSI Vijayan's son Sabarish in the lead.

Needless today, the presence of Salman will give 'extraordinary visibility' to the film. Besides the Bollywood top actor, Kollywood biggies Vijay and Shriya Saran will also be present at the event to be held at a popular multiplex in Chennai.

FEFSI Vijayan, who is a popular stunt master in these parts, is responsible for high voltage action scenes in Salman's 'Dabangg', 'Wanted' and also his upcoming film, which is a remake of Vijay's 'Kaavalan'.

"Salman has high regards for Vijayan and he immediately accepted the stunt choreographer's invitation to preside over the audio launch. He will be reaching Chennai on a special flight," sources say.
