“Maaveeran is not just another film which is imported from Tollywood and dubbed in Tamil. It is a great entertainer with technical values on par with Hollywood,” say those who had an opportunity to watch the movie.

“The film is being released in Tamil Nadu by Geetha Arts itself, which had produced the original version. Enough care has been taken during dubbing to make the movie sound like an authentic Tamil film,” they say.

‘Maaveeran’ (‘Magadheera’ in Telugu) will be the maiden Tamil film of Ramcharan Teja, son of Tollywood megastar Chiranjeevi. Kajal Agarwal is the heroine of this movie directed by S S Rajamouli.

“Producer Allu Aravind is known for making movies on a grand scale and he has proved it once again in ‘Maaveeran’. The film broke all records in Andhra Pradesh, including those created by Chiranjeevi movies,” sources further say.
