The year 2011 is promising a lot for Jeeva, for the actor is going to have back to back releases. After ‘Singam Puli’ and ‘Ko’, his two other films- ‘Rowthiram’ and ‘Vanthaan Ventraan’ are getting ready to hit the screens.

“Only two songs are left to be shot as far as ‘Vanthaan Ventraan’ is concerned. A romantic love story, it has been well filmed by director Kannan of ‘Jayam Kondan’ and ‘Kanden Kadhalai’ fame,” say circles close to the unit.

‘Aadukalam’ girl Tapsee is playing Jeeva’s heroine in the film. “I am really expecting a lot from everyone and everything in the film,” the north Indian actress wrote on her microblogging page.

On his part, director Kannan says, “Many say ‘Vanthaan Ventraan’ is a remake. It is an original story which draws no inspiration from any movie. Jeeva and Tapsee have made a great pair.”
