Say hi to Sathya, the newest face to join the big list of Kollywood heroes. He is also the sibling of Arya, who has proved his acting prowess in Tamil with films like ‘Naan Kadavul’ and his latest release ‘Urumi’ where he appears for a short duration but delivers with a stunning performance as Pritviraj’s father.

Expectations are running high on brother Sathya too.

Sources close to the young hero reveal that the actor got enrolled into Anupam Kher’s school of acting to perfect his role as a radio jockey that he dons in ‘Kadhal 2 Kalyanam (K2K).’ He has also sat with many radio jockeys at radio stations while they were at their jobs, to have hands-on experience while performing before the camera, say sources.

Sources close to the unit indicate that the art director of the film, Rajeevan, re-created a very beautiful booth in the heart of the city for the film. The film through the hero’s role as an RJ portrays the importance and the affinity towards radio; how it brings together people belonging to different economic backgrounds, has been beautifully brought out in ‘K2K’ says a source close to the unit of this film.

‘K2K’ sees Sathya debuting as the hero with Divya Spandana backing him up as the heroine. The film also has a host of many other artists. Kasturi makes a comeback to acting after a hiatus.
