Even as fast rising on the ladder to stardom, Vidharth, the ‘Mynaa’ hero, has given a special appearance for a song sequence in an upcoming movie titled ‘Gurusami’.

Directed by K R Manimuthu, the film produced by Channel Five Productions has Udhayathara, Premkumar, Alex and others in lead roles. This is a movie based on the miracles of Lord Ayyappa.

Says the director, “Vidharth is a longtime friend of mine. So he had no hesitation when I approached him for the special song Ayyappaney Saami... It is a number singing paeans on the Almighty.”

Meanwhile, Vidharth is busy with ‘Mudhal Idam’, a film produced by the reputed AVM Productions. A comedy caper, it is the maiden directorial venture for R Kumaran, who has worked as an assistant under director Sundar C.
