Get ready folks. The one man army of Tamil cinema is back with a bang. Vijaya T Rajendar has started his new film titled ‘Oru Thalai Kadhal’ and the project will start rolling from today.

Produced by Usha Rajendar on Kural TV Creations (Private) Limited and Simbu Cine Arts banners, the movie, which is touted to be a full length romantic entertainer, will be presented by ‘Blue Sky’ S Iqbal.

And as usual, Vijaya T Rajendar will take care of a host of departments, including story, screenplay, dialogues, lyrics, supervision of cinematography, music and of course, direction. What more? He is also playing the lead role.

Says the multifaceted personality, “In 1980, I marked my presence felt in a big way with Oru Thalai Ragam. Now in 2011, I am still strong in the field with Oru Thalai Kadhal. The film is special to me since it marks my 30 year existence in Tamil cinema.”
