Director Subramaniam Siva, who made the blockbuster ‘Thiruda Thirudi’, admits that his next two movies, ‘Pori’ and ‘Yogi’, flopped because of the “wrong treatment” given by him. “Pori failed to evoke positive response in the box-office since I dealt a serious subject in a comical way. In Yogi, I should have avoided the climax fight and completed the film in a soft manner,” he says.

Optimistic about his forthcoming venture ‘Seedan’, which has Dhanush doing an extended cameo, the filmmaker says, “A remake of Malayalam hit ‘Nandanam’, I have carefully made certain changes to the script.”

Subramaniam Siva adds: “Fans would get to see a new Dhanush in ‘Seedan’. He performed the role of a cook, who changes the life of Ananya, who is a maid in the same house Dhanush is working.”
