Director Pandiarajan’s son Prithvi, who is already a familiar face in Kollywood with romantic films like 'Kai Vantha Kalai' and a few more is now turning into an action hero with his forthcoming film 'Therku Maasi Veethi' written and directed by Mukil.

Prithivi plays an angry young man who falls in love under peculiar circumstances. The film has two heroines. Ishitha Sharma from Mumbai and Devika from Kerala play those characters.

To make his son fit his new image perfectly Pandiarajan has trained his son in horse riding, boxing and strict body building under masters.

The film is being launched today and will start shooting in Madurai. Though the film looks a romantic action, the debutante director promises enough sentiments also.
