You just can’t separate Vadievlu and the unique names of the characters he plays. And it is doubly so if he is acting in a film directed by Sundar C.

After playing Kaipulla in ‘Winner’, Veerabahu in ‘Giri’, Karikalan in ‘London’ and Naai Sekar in ‘Thalainagaram’, the comedian has now become Style Pandi for ‘Nagaram’, a Sundar C film again.

“I was keen to have Vadivelu in the project. He plays a character called Style Pandi and is bound to make you roar with laughter,” says Sundar, who is playing the lead role in the film besides directing it.

“If you ask me to list the strengths of this film, I’d say that it’s the screenplay, Vadivelu’s comedy, Vairamuthu’s lyrics and Thaman’s music,” the actor-director says and adds: “The end point of another story is the beginning of Nagaram.”
