With bookings for Karthi starrer ‘Nan Mahan Alla’, directed by Suseenthiran and produced by Studio Green and Cloud Nine Movies, opening tomorrow, the film has been catching attention in all possible ways.

Buzz is that the movie is a thriller set in the backdrop of north Chennai, but with no fights till the climax. “Suseenthiran has ensured that there are no stunt sequences just as the protagonist comes across the baddie,” sources say.

“At the same time, there will no be lag in the screenplay and the film will be racy from the word go,” they say and add: “the essential twist comes during the interval which would leave the audience in awe.”

Sources also have it that Kajal Agarwal, heroine of the movie, has come out with a commendable performance. “Equally so is Karthi. He will become an important force in Tamil cinema after the film’s release.”
