Siddharth, who is currently acting in the bilingual ‘180’ produced by Sathyam Cinemas and directed by popular ad filmmaker Jayendra, has reportedly decided to concentrate on Tamil and Telugu films in future.

“But that doesn’t mean he will not act in Hindi movies. ‘Rang De Basanti’ and ‘Striker’ have earned him good name in Bollywood,” sources say and added: “However Tamil and Telugu films are close to his heart.”

Explaining the reason, they say, “Because he was launched as an actor with Shankar’s ‘Boys’ and the Telugu movie ‘Nuvvostanante Nenoddatana’ (Unakkum Enakkum in Tamil) propelled him to stardom.”

With Priya Anand of ‘Vamanan’ fame and Mollywood actress Nithya Menon playing the heroines, Siddharth’s forthcoming ‘180’ is said to be romantic entertainer. “But it will be narrated in a different way,” sources add.
