Michael Rayappan is one producer with a lot of sense. He makes movies giving importance to storyline and spends only what is required for the story. This attitude has got him regular success with films like ‘Naadodigal’ and ‘Goripalayam’.

Such an intelligent producer has gone in and booked Nakulan of ‘Masilamani’ and ‘Kadhalil Vizhunthen’ for one of his new productions. All seemed fine until we heard a news just now.

Nakulan has opted out of Michael Rayappan's film and even returned the advance paid. After ‘Kandha Kottai’ Nakulan was also to do a film '11' under the baton of ‘Eeram’ Arivazhagan. Now with not many films in hand it is even more confusing why Nakulan walked out of the project of a proven successful producer.
