’Madharasapattinam’ gets a spotless ‘U’

‘Madharasapattinam’ the movie starring Arya as a washer man in pre-independent Madras, has been censored by the regional censor board and it has been certified a clean ‘U’.

Directed by ‘Kireedom’ Vijay, the movie has been censored with the authorities giving it a ‘no cuts’ certificate. This means that the movie is a clean entertainer. Sources close to the film’s unit say that the movie will be released in July. G V Prakash’s music is already creating a lot of buzz about the movie. The audio launch of the movie was itself unique in style and revealed the essence of the story. The movie stars British actress Amy Jackson, Nasser, M.S.Baskar and other actors.

‘Madharasapattinam’ is brought to the audience by AGS Entertainments, the producers of super hits like ‘Santosh Subramaniam’, ‘Irumbu Kottai Murattu Singam’, etc AGS Entertainments also has ‘Bale Pandiya’ that will be released soon. Their current project that is on the floors is Mysskin’s ‘Yudham Sei’ starring director Cheran as hero.
