After proving his prowess in acting, it’s now time for Ameer to show his dancing skills to the world. For the filmmaker has danced for a ‘special song’ in ‘Yudham Sei’, a movie directed by Mysskin with Cheran in the lead role.

If sources are to be believed, Ameer was initially reluctant to accept the offer when Mysskin and Cheran approached him. However, he had no other option than paying heed to the request as both the directors are his good friends.

“As soon as Ameer said okay to shake legs for the songs, a grand set was erected at the Binny Mills, Chennai to shoot the number featuring Neetu Chandra. Both shared a very good chemistry and the song has come out well,” sources close to the unit say.

“The song whose starting lines is “Kannitheevu Pennaa….Katterumbu Kannaa...” is no item number. It is a special song that comes in a crucial part of the movie. Lyrics by Kapilan and the dance movements by Ameer and Neetu will no doubt attract the audience,” they add.
