Editor Antony whose scissors made a difference to films like Ghajini, Sivaji and all of Gautham Menon films is fulfilling one of his long time passions. Antony is preparing to direct a film. He has three stories ready and the fine tuning is on at the moment with little help from ‘Kireedom’ director Vijay.

Antony is trying to rope in a popular hero and we feel that won’t be difficult as all the leading heroes of today are great fans of the editor. One insider says the hero could be Arya.

Antony who created a class with the song ‘Suttum Vizhi Sudare…’ using his editing skills is expected to make a mark as a director also. In the previous era B. Lenin was one editor who was vastly successful as a director also.

But Antony is categorically clear that his first passion is editing and he will remain an editor for history even if he directs.
