Shruthi Haasan is surprised with the reports which claimed that she would croon for a Kannada film titled Prithvi, starring Puneet Rajakumar in the lead role. This is news to me she says.
The actress-music composer however says she is interested to work in a Kannada movie if she is approached. Why not? I will surely work for a Kannada film if the project is exciting is her take.
The elder daughter of the versatile Kamal Haasan claims her singing career started more than a decade ago when his father was making Hey Ram. Not many know that I have worked on a song in Hey Ram, she says.
On scoring music for her dads last release Unnaipol Oruvan, she says, it was indeed challenging. Because I was well aware that expectations would be so high when it is a Kamal film. I hope I have not spoiled the show.
