Come summer there is a treat from Shankar & Co. For the director-producer is planning to release his production venture 'Ananthapurathu Veedu' by April, say sources in the know.

The supernatural thriller directed by Naga (of 'Marma Desam' fame) has Nandaa and Chaya Singh in lead roles. The film revolves around a married couple and the strange things they face in their ancestral house.

Impressed by the work of Naga in television serials, Shankar has given him the offer to direct 'Ananthapurathu Veedu', it is said, while Nandaa bagged the offer after his performance in 'Eeram', another film by Shankar's S Pictures.

And the heroine Chaya believes that 'Ananthapurathu Veedu' would work wonders to her. "Acting in Shankar's production venture is a privilege. Naga is a man of hard work and commitment," she says.
