‘Ilayathilagam’ Prabhu was ruling the roost once with his deep dimple smile and chubby babyish face. Now he has left way for the younger generation to takeover and is doing meaty key roles.

Though he is not taking the lead roles, he is getting a real handsome pay, we should say. And of course his market is doing good as his films manage to rank between minimum guarantee films to hits. In fact he is even doing two projects in Telugu now.

Just like how Vijayakanth took an interesting avatar as a different mass hero in ‘Ramana’, Prabhu is taking a role in his upcoming project.
