This Weekend we will be having three new entrants jumping into the box office game. With Bakrid falling this weekend, we will get solid 3 days to enjoy.

Coming to the point - November 27th we will be having ‘Yogi’, ‘Naan Avan Illai-2’ and ‘Mathiya Chennai’ in the theatres.

Now a sneak peek into the new releases. First in the list is the Ameer starrer, Subramaniam Siva’s ‘Yogi’. The movie met the sharp scissors of censor board and escaped with a U/A certificate. Ameer’s Team Work Productions ‘Yogi’ will have the ace director in the lead role romancing Madhumitha. Get ready for the rustic life history of Yogi Alias Yogeshwaran, who will show you the dark world of Chennai hutments, a hitherto unexplored area.

Next in the list is the playboy story ‘Naan Avan Illai 2’.The film has got an ‘A’ certificate from the regional censor board. The bad boy Jeevan is ready to continue his game with Sangeetha, Lakshmi Rai, Swetha Menon, Hema Malini and Rachna Maurya this time. It’s said that the movie starts from where the first part of the movie ends. The sequel is shot abroad including Switzerland and Dubai. Music is composed by D. Imman. Nemichand Jabak and Hitesh Jabak are the producers of this one which is said to have an overdose of skin show.

Last but not least is ‘Mathiya Chennai’ with all-safe ‘U’ certificate. It is about the life and times of an assistant director. This one has newcomer Jeyanth and Ramya Barna in lead with Prakash Raj playing a pivotal role and Illayaraja providing music. Directed by Vivekanand and Veerasingam, the film is releasing in limited number of screens.

So this is it, get ready for the big weekend. Its Showtime guys!
