There is something common between actors Napoleon and Ragava Larencce. Both made it to stardom because of the movies and don't want to stop just there.

Larencce suffered from brain tumor as a child and went through a torrid period before being saved from the jaws of death. His understanding of helplessness and the god sent feeling of being helped are facts of life he can never forget.

Taking a cue from the events of his life, he has gone ahead to start a trust that identifies and helps helpless ailing children and gives them much needed financial assistance.

Larencce was successful in raising funds for 32 children who needed heart surgeries in order to live. Milk of human kindness at its very best.

Actor Napoleon on the other hand has started Jeevan IT Academy which strives to train deserving and meritorious students from the IT sector, to get jobs in top notch organizations. The program has been designed for three months and delves deep into fine tuning skills in such a way that the students can be productive from day one in their professional endeavors. Placements in multi-national companies are also arranged for.

Giving back to the society that made them successful stars shows the humane side of these gentlemen. Let's hope their endeavors are successful and brilliant.
