Chaya Singh, who is eagerly awaiting the release of ‘Vallamai Tharayo’, loves to turn a director one day.

'I learnt a lot of things in the past six years of my film career. I think that it is the right time for me to wield the megaphone. If I come across a good story, I will not hesitate to direct it,' she said.

Chaya Singh has several offers coming her way in Kannada films. The young girl started her journey opposite Dhanush in ‘Thiruda Thirudi’. In the past few years, she has grown mature enough to play pivotal roles in movies including ‘Vallamai Tharayo’.

Chaya Singh is optimistic of Vallamai Tharayo's prospects at the box office.

'The movie has a unique storyline and the characters fit the story well. All credit to director Madhumitha for bringing the best out of me', she says.
