Gayathri Jayaram joins the long list of heroines entering the small screen. She has been roped in to host a chat show in a private satellite channel.
The actress, who made a debut in ÂManadai Thirudi Vittai opposite Prabhudeva, had acted in several films. But unfortunately the movies couldn't do well at the box office and she took to other businesses.
After a long gap, she is back to don the grease paint. But, this time for small screen, she is the anchor for a popular show in a Tamil satellite channel.
