The latest buzz doing rounds in Kollywood is that Kamal Haasan might play a pivotal role in director Manirathnam's next movie starring Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai.

To be made simultaneously in Tamil and Hindi, the movie would have musical score by A R Rahman. Kamal Haasan has been approached to do a prominent character in the film.

Manirathnam and Kamal Haasan had last worked together in ‘Nayagan’. The movie was a big hit and was critically acclaimed too. The film, based on a real life incident, managed to find a place in Top 100 Movie's of the Times List.
