Shaam in 'Anthony – Yaar'

Shaam's forthcoming film 'Antony – Yaar', directed by Pandi, hit the floors in Chennai on Monday. Starring Mallika Kapoor opposite him, the movie features Shaam in the role of a fisherman.

Speaking at the muhurrat, Shaam said, "I play a fisherman in the movie. After 'Iyarkai', I would be shooting in the fishing hamlets of Tuticorin for the movie. I watched the body language and mannerisms of the fishermen for the movie. It has a gripping storyline and one of the tough characters that I portrayed so far in my career."

Shaam is currently acting in a Telugu film ‘Cash and Maya’ and an untitled Kannada film.
