Superstar Amitabh Bachchan and southern sensation Rajnikanth go long way ever since they worked together in Hum where superstar Rajnikanth played the little brother of Big B, and although Rajni's fans believe that Rajikanth is bigger than Amitabh Bachchan in terms of popularity but humble Rajni feels Amitabh Bachchan is an actor he looks up to.

Both actors hold mutual admiration and respect for each other which was witnessed in a recent private screening of Sivaji where Rajnikanth himself invited Big B and both were jubilant to see each other.

Not many people know that Rajni was invited to the IIFA awards by IIFA's brand ambassador Amitabh Bachchan himself, as they wanted to award him for his contribution to south Indian film industry but Rajni denied the offer since Sivaji’s release was scheduled at the same time. So is Rajni extending courtesy to his favorite Big B.
