With just a few days left for the release of Rajinikanth starrer Sivaji, an air of joy and excitement has gripped Shriya.

The young actress has played Rajinikanth's ladylove in the movie. She is all thrilled at the film and hopes for a fantastic opening.

Asked why she accepted the offer, Shriya says, 'I signed the film because I was getting a chance to work with Rajinikanth. I am a fan of his movies”.

On the experiences working with Super Star, she says, “It was a learning experience to work with him. For me, it was almost like going to an institution all over again. I was so glad to see how down-to-earth and simple he is in life”.

On director Shankar, Shriya says, “He is very meticulous, organized in his thoughts and knows exactly what he is doing. He is someone who can convert a dream into reality”.
