Chennai 600028’s songs have been nothing less than rocking the radio waves ever since it’s audio released in mid February this year. Reviews have been encouraging and listeners applaud Yuvan Shankar Raja and his team for their excellent nine songs.

In Singapore and Malaysia particularly, the two versions of ‘Jalsa Pannungada’ are rocking the dance floors and radio requests for the songs are at an all-time high. The original version was sung by Tippu, Karthik, Hari Charan, Ranjith and Prem Gi. The remix version mixed by Rapper & Music Composer Prem Gi Amaran was sung by Music Director Deva's Brother Sabesh, Gaana Ulaganathan, Comedian Karunas, Gaana Pazhani and Prem Gi himself. This version is a prototype ‘Gaana meets RnB genre!’

The film’s other song ‘Saroja Saaman Nikalo’ follows second on the club charts, which is double delight for the cast and crew of Chennai-600028.
