Director A X Solomon shot a major portion of his Kokki in the busy streets of Chennai. The movie went on to become a decent grosser at the box-office and also helped revive the career of Karan.

Call it coincidence, Solomon has once again shot a major portion of his next venture Lee in the busy roads in the Chennai. Slated for a release in February, the movie was shot in busy roads without the public even being aware of it.

Most part of the shooting of Sibi's Lee is over and post-production work has begun. Nila is paired with Sibi in this action-filled fare.

“Prakashraj plays a football coach and has done a fabulous job of it,” says the director. Sibi is a football player in the film and these sequences have been shot in a picturesque fashion in a school in Pollachi.

The movie is being produced by Sathyaraj.
